Kazuo Homma was born in Yokohama Kanagawa, Japan. He loved football since he was in high school. He played for Omiya Higashi high school for three years, 1994-1997. He began football career in 1994 with Koshigawa FC. For the new season 2000-2001, he played for Thespa Kusatsu. New season 2002-2004 he played for Serbia club named FK Macva Sabac. Season 2004-2005, he changed to Tisza Volan SC. Next season 2005, he played for a Hungry football club called Lombard-Papa TFC in Papa town. He continue played in Hungry clubs such as Diosgyori VTK (2007-2009), Nyiregyhaza (2009-2011), Vasas SC (2011), Ferencvarosi TC II (2011), Ferencvarosi TC(2011-2015) and Veszprem FC(2012-2013).
